1. Who is responsible for your data?

This website is operated by Hegoi Jauregui, a self-employed tennis coach based in Spain.

As the data controller, I am responsible for how your personal information is collected, stored and used on this website.

2. What data I collect and why

a) Contact form When you submit the contact form on this website, I collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (if provided)
• The content of your message

This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not shared with any third party, sold, or used for marketing purposes. The legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, to be able to reply to people who contact me.

b) Google Analytics This website uses Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC), a web analytics service that collects anonymised data about how visitors interact with the site. This may include:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Approximate geographic location (country/region level)
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• Traffic source (how you arrived at the site)

3. How long I keep your data

• Contact form data: I retain your contact details and message for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. If no ongoing relationship is established, this data is deleted within 12 months.
• Google Analytics data: Retained according to Google's data retention settings (default: 26 months).

Your personal data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be accessed by:

• Me (Hegoi Jauregui) — to respond to your enquiry
• Google LLC — through Google Analytics (see Section 2b)
• Hosting provider — your data may pass through servers managed by my hosting provider, who acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement
